What we process
Mailbok processes account, billing, email delivery, and customer support data (including conversations, tickets, and automation runs) to provide the service. Message content and recipient addresses are used to deliver mail, power the shared inbox, enforce suppressions, and generate analytics for your organization.
What we don’t do
We do not sell personal data. Access within your organization is controlled by role-based permissions. API keys and OAuth tokens must be kept secret by your team.
