Acceptable use
By creating a Mailbok account you agree to use the platform for lawful email sending and customer communication only. You are responsible for obtaining consent where required, honoring unsubscribes, managing agent access to inbox data, and keeping domains, DNS, and API credentials configured correctly.
Availability & abuse
Service availability depends on Amazon SES, Supabase, Stripe, Inngest, and your plan quotas. Abuse, spam, or attempts to circumvent suppressions may result in suspension.
Billing
Paid plans renew according to Stripe subscription terms. You can manage billing from Organization → Billing in the dashboard.
